Job DescriptionIFS Copperleaf's software helps some of the world's largest energy firms make better strategic decisions.We're looking for a proactive Senior Functional Consultant to join IFS Copperleaf, as we continue to enable our clients to build more resilient and sustainable infrastructure.This is a hands-on role working directly with our customers; you will have consultancy experience ideally in projects related to either asset management, analytics or software development and implementation.ResponsibilitiesAct as a key client interface for large and complex implementations, understanding and articulating requirements, and leveraging internal teams to implement cutting-edge and elegant solutionsCollaborate with customers and partners at customer sites across North AmericaOwn the end-to-end process with clients from scoping requirements through customization,
integration and user trainingTravel approximately 25–40% of your time to work with clients across the North America regionQualifications5+ years of consulting experience in one or more of the following areasCustomer-facing consulting skills: able to influence, advise, mediate, and manage scopeExperience driving internal and external teams to achieve project milestones over a 3-month to 1-year rolloutExperience with software deployment technologies, networks, and databasesTechnical skills aligned with an understanding of business processesStrong analytical abilities and knowledge of operational research techniques (e.G., simulation, optimization, cost-benefit analysis)Technical degree in Engineering or a related fieldEnjoy the consulting lifestyle—travel, working in different cities, meeting large organizations, and addressing diverse challengesExperience with large industrial organizations in the region (utilities, oil & gas, transport/rail, etc.)Additional InformationPay Range: CAD 95,000–108,000 + bonusJob DetailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: ConsultingIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
