Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Associate / Associate Merchant for a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension or permanent hire. This role supports merchandising, promotional execution, category performance analysis, and cross-functional retail initiatives within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. You will work closely with Category Directors, Merchants, and teams across merchandising, operations, finance, supply chain, loyalty, e-commerce, marketing, and media. Key Responsibilities

- Support Merchants and Category Directors with promotional program execution, including data entry, data integrity,



advertising accuracy, vendor income collection, inventory coordination, store communications, and retail pricing.
- Collaborate with merchandising, operations, finance, control brands, supply chain, loyalty, e-commerce, marketing, media, and other teams to help execute customer-focused merchandising programs.
- Use data and analytics to provide timely insights on category performance, promotional activity, and ad-hoc business inquiries.
- Assist with product assortment planning and seasonal planogram execution, including reporting, item setup support, and data maintenance.
- Support category financial activities by working with Merchants, vendors, and finance teams to investigate and resolve income-related inquiries.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $28.57 per hour.
- Job type: 6-month contract with possibility of extension or permanent hire.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday Days.
- Hours: 35-hour work week.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid role, 4 days per week in office.
- Location: Brampton.
