In this role, you will analyze business performance and productivity data, providing insightful recommendations to improve operations. With a focus on data analytics, you will partner with various departments—including Sales and Customer Service—to identify challenges and suggest effective solutions. Your expertise in SQL and Power BI will be crucial in developing reporting tools that deliver valuable insights.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of analyst experience in auditing and data analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI
• Strong communication and attention to detail skills
• Knowledge of VBA and Power Automate preferred
