Job Title: Shipping SupervisorLocation: Brampton, ONShift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.Salary: $65,000 to $67,000 annuallyThe Shipping Supervisor will lead the day-to-day activities of a busy shipping department, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, documented, and dispatched accurately and on schedule. This role combines hands‐on warehouse leadership with team supervision, shipping coordination, inventory support, employee development, and continuous improvement.The successful candidate will be an experienced warehouse professional who is comfortable leading employees, resolving operational issues, working across departments, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and customer service.Responsibilities:Oversee daily shipping operations, including order picking, packing, labelling, staging, and dispatchEnsure outgoing orders are processed accurately and meet required shipping timelinesCoordinate workflow and staffing to support daily shipping volumes and operational prioritiesMaintain accurate shipping documentation, including BOLs, invoices, and tracking informationMonitor inventory‐related concerns and work with the inventory team to resolve discrepanciesSupervise and provide direction to Warehouse Associates, Shipping Associates, and Team LeadsSupport employee training, scheduling, coaching, and performance developmentAddress workplace performance or conduct concerns and assist with corrective action when requiredMonitor daily shipping activity and prepare operational reportsInvestigate and resolve shipping delays, damaged product concerns,



and other service issuesWork closely with other warehouse and operational personnel to maintain efficient product flowIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and improve shipping processesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Lean, and Kaizen practicesSupport secure warehouse operations by reinforcing company procedures and health and safety requirementsAssist the Warehouse Manager with daily operational priorities and special projectsPerform other related supervisory and warehouse duties as requiredRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3 years of experience in shipping, warehousing, distribution, or a similar environmentPrevious supervisory or team lead experience requiredExperience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping softwareStrong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop employeesStrong organizational and time-management skillsAble to prioritize competing demands and maintain efficient workflow in a busy production warehouse environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to respond effectively to operational issuesCustomer-focused with a commitment to accuracy, service, and meeting deadlines#generallabourWe acknowledge that software used in our recruitment and selection process may have Artificial Intelligence components built in but confirm that all work assignment decisions are made by our expertly trained staff.
