As a Manager of Design Quality & BIM Governance, you will oversee quality assurance and governance across project phases. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain design QA/QC standards and protocols • Lead drawing and model reviews at project milestones • Ensure adherence to BIM governance and protocols • Audit deliverables for quality and consistency • Monitor design-related KPIs and identify quality issues
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field • 7+ years in design, QA/QC, or BIM management • Proven experience with BIM execution plans • Proficiency in BIM modeling tools • Strong communication and coaching skills
