- Optimize ServiceNow Discovery schedules and maintenance tasks
- Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers for seamless integration
- Develop Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE/IRR)

- Implement automated workflows and escalation processes for security incidentsRequirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong skills in JavaScript, Business Rules, and Client Scripts
