We are currently hiring two CNC Machinists for an established manufacturing operation in Mississauga.

This is a night shift opportunity for candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on CNC machining experience who are comfortable working independently and producing parts accurately to specification.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
- Operate 3-axis CNC machines
- Work with Haas machines and controls
- Work with FANUC controls/technology
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications
- Load materials and properly position workpieces
- Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform basic machine adjustments as required
- Use measuring tools to verify finished-part dimensions
- Complete routine quality checks throughout the machining process
- Identify and report machining, tooling, or quality issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience
- Hands-on experience with 3-axis CNC machines




- Familiarity with Haas equipment and controls
- Familiarity with FANUC technology/controls
- Ability to read technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
- Comfortable using precision measuring instruments
- Robust attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work the full 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada through Canadian citizenship or a valid Canadian work permit

Compensation

$18-22 per hour, depending on previous CNC machining experience and technical skill level.

Schedule

Night Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Candidates must be available to work this shift consistently.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for dependable machinists who already have practical CNC experience and can contribute quickly in a manufacturing environment.

Candidates with strong experience using 3-axis CNC equipment, Haas controls, and FANUC systems will be given priority.

Two positions are available immediately.
