You will be involved in processing Dividend Reinvestment Plans, reconciling cash distributions, and communicating with Depositories and financial institutions. Additionally, prepare for year-end tax duties and contribute to various projects within the Corporate Actions team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Dividend Reinvestment Plan elections and payments
• Reconcile North American and foreign cash distributions




• Communicate with Depositories and users regarding events
• Prepare events for payable date processing
• Perform break management and reconciliation tasks
Requirements:
• 1-3 years’ experience in brokerage industry
• Strong customer service and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication ability
• Proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Willingness to adapt and learn across roles
