Through its programs and services, it contributes to the development of vibrant, sustainable and safe communities.FUNCTION & RESPONSABILITIESUnder the direct supervision of the Foreman; you will be required tomake repairs to our housing units. More specifically you will be given work orders to complete in carpentry, heating, plumbing and electrical repair. You will be responsible for applying a preventive maintenance plan for the housing units. You will be a part of a callback system to answer to emergencies in the evenings and on the weekends.QUALIFICATIONSNorthern Maintenance diploma or pertinent experience in replacement of diplomaTwo (2) years of experience at least 2 maintenance’s fields: carpentry, electricity,
