DescriptionReporting to the National Director of Maintenance and the Hotel General Manager, the Manager of Maintenance is responsible for overseeing both the interior and exterior maintenance of the property, as well as all related administrative management duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and performing building maintenance tasks, including mechanical systems, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and various minor repairs, while also monitoring and managing the department's budget. The Director of Maintenance will oversee vendors and subcontractors and coordinate maintenance activities with other hotel departments to ensure efficient operations and an exceptional guest experience.WHAT YOU'LL DOPerform visual inspections of the equipmentActively participate in preventive building maintenance proceduresPerform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedulePerform interior and exterior workReport any defective systems and make the necessary correctionsPossibility of transporting materials from outside the propertyAssist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by moving up and down stairs, service ramps,
