Affirm is building a consumer loyalty program from scratch. You will define the vision, design earn and burn mechanics, and launch rewards that make Affirm the default payment choice for customers.
You will own the economic model, collaborate with Risk, Legal, and Finance, and shape product direction through rigorous experimentation and measurement. A solid UX sense and experience shipping regulated fintech products are essential.
