Our Innisfail, Alberta manufacturing facility has an opening for a **Millwright.** As a member of the Mechanical Maintenance Team, you must have the following skills,
qualifications and experience:* Fully Qualified Millwright with an Alberta Journeyman Millwright Trade Certificate or equivalent (Inter Provincial Seal preferred)* A minimum of 3 years industrial plant maintenance experience* Good communication skills* Above average teamwork skills* Excellent troubleshooting skills* Basic computer skill (Microsoft Office & Outlook)* SAP Maintenance Management System experience is an asset* A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record* The successful candidate may be required to work a continuous 12-hour shift **Responsibilities:*** Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment* Implement preventative and predictive programs/assignments for mechanical systems* Participate in post event analysis and root cause discussions and take part in developing solutions* Commit to adhering to guidelines and maintaining technical and preventative records* Review and apply a continuous improvement mindset to safe work practices, procedures, and standards* Maintain equipment histories and complete equipment overhaul check sheets* Work closely with other maintenance and/or operations as required and be willing to work by yourself to ensure equipment/plant reliability The starting wage is $55.50 per hour.**Please Keep in Mind**If you do not meet 100% of these requirements, we at JM still want to hear from you.
