We're looking for a XM Event Producer & Designer who can take an experiential project froman initial brief through creative development, production and on-site execution.This role combines creative thinking with strong production leadership. You'll develop eventconcepts and environments while managing the budgets, vendors, timelines and detailsrequired to bring them to life.What we're looking for:5+ years of experience producing and designing experiential events, brand activations, pop-ups and/or corporate eventsA solid portfolio of completed event and experiential work — required to applyAbility to develop creative concepts, mood boards, spatial direction and overall event designExperience independently leading projects from kickoff through executionExperience developing and managing production budgets and workback schedulesConfidence sourcing, briefing and managing vendors and production partnersStrong client-facing communication and presentation skillsExcellent organization with the ability to manage multiple active projects and shifting prioritiesComfortable being hands-on during installs, event days and strikesAbility to travel and work outside standard business hours when projects require it
