We like to have fun and celebrate our success with things like popcorn Fridays.Position OverviewThis role is responsible for answering inbound calls and emails from new and existing customers and handle new jobs as required, using their strong communication and excellent customer service skills. This includes entering new claims, escalating emergencies and dispatching staff. This role is all about being exceptional with customers and supporting job efficiency.Our call center operates 24/7 and has a variety of shifts, including day, afternoon and graveyard shifts on weekdays and weekends. Some overtime and flexibility to work early or late may be required on a periodic basis.Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive and record new jobs and after hours calls accurately into on-line Call LogAnswer the telephone and direct the calls/messages in a friendly and professional mannerReceive new jobs via phone and email,



assign to Project Management TeamsEnter and maintain accurate and complete job file information and date milestones in our project management software and online communication platformsAssign and send work orders to internal and external tradesDispatch technicians as directedDistribute and track keysDocument Filing/Scanning/UploadingProvide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customersMonitor surveillance cameras for Head Office & Branch Offices and respond accordinglyResponsible for keeping common areas tidy and stockedTime off relief for Call Centre AttendantEnsure that self and others adhere to Canstar's health and safety practices and proceduresEnsure good housekeeping is kept to perform work safely and efficientlyUnderstand safety policies and protocolsEnsure that self and others on site are wearing all required PPE, when requiredWho we are looking for:A personable and well-organized individual with outstanding customer service skills is a match made in heaven for a the CanstarCall Centre Attendant.
