In this pivotal role, you’ll become the voice of our clients, completing surveys and discussing their experiences with GroupHEALTH services. You'll utilize your empathetic communication skills and problem-solving ability to build trust and enhance client retention. Collaborating with our Client Experience and Client Service teams, you will ensure clients feel valued throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients to gather feedback through experience surveys
• Address escalated customer issues swiftly and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM
• Manage your caseload and ensure timely follow-ups
• Participate in ongoing retention training sessions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in sales or customer retention roles
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in group advantages insurance preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
