As a dedicated Customs Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager, overseeing compliance activities in the US and Canada. Key responsibilities include managing customs audits, ensuring proper classification and valuation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance trade compliance. Your expertise will drive improvements in operational efficiency and visibility across ADM’s North American operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support external customs audits and regulatory reviews
• Maintain documentation for customs brokers and declarations
• Oversee HS classification and customs valuation
• Investigate country-of-origin compliance issues
• Implement special CETC projects across regions
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in customs compliance
• Strong knowledge of North American customs laws
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
