Ensures adherence to the Company 's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports the company's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.Key AccountabilitiesMonitors, documents and prepares statements and/or reports on violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards, suspicious persons or activitiesEnforces restricted access by unauthorized personsEscorts cash/cash equivalentsTags and reports found property; transfers items to Lostand FoundConducts regular patrols of the facility interior and exterior as directedEscorts guests and team members as directedPerforms identification checks as requiredRefers disputes to the Supervisor, SecurityMay perform electronic surveillance of non-gaming facilities, including exterior and adjacent properties at some locationsMay enroll guests in the Self-Exclusion ProgramLiaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsBuilds strong working relationships with guests and team membersEnsures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned or directedEducation and QualificationsMust be available to work a flexible schedule including,
