Opportunities for advancement – great place to start your careerSource invests in our employees and their successWhat You'll Be Doing:Loading various grades of sand onto trucks as required by oil and gas service companiesUnloading sand products from trucks and/or railcars and store in appropriate binsWeighing all trucks prior to loading and unloading as well as weighed out after loading or unloadingInspecting and maintaining all equipment associated with terminal operation (including but not limited to: grease, oil etc.)Reporting concerns or hazards which could arise, report findings to Terminal Manager and/or HSE ManagerEnsuring Provincial and Federal laws, procedures, standards and other requirements are complied with by visitors and drivers on plant siteEnsuring accurate record-keeping and inventory tracking is maintainedCoordinating with other work crews on locationWorking with the Source HSE framework, taking care to use and inspect as necessary all PPE required for secure operations including hard hat, dust masks (respirators), gloves, coveralls, safety boots, safety glasses and fall protection equipment where necessary/applicableWho We're Looking For:A High School Diploma or equivalentA minimum of 3 years' experience in a field environment requiring strict adherence to operational procedural and safety regulationsValid First Aid ticketWillingness to complete tasks outside of regular work activities as part of the teamAbility to work effectively within a team, maintaining a mutually respectful work cultureAbility to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug,
