Clearco is seeking a BDR Manager to scale and lead the business development organization in Toronto. You will mentor BDRs, refine our sales process, define KPIs and lead recruitment. You will collaborate with marketing and AE teams to generate pipeline and convert accounts into opportunities. You will drive outbound initiatives, monitor metrics, and partner with revenue leaders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
