The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all production activities during the night shift in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality operations while leading Operators and support staff. The Supervisor is accountable for shift performance (OEE, quality, safety), training, and compliance with all operational standards.
