Changes made to hours of work will follow the terms of the applicable collective agreement, company policy and/or legislation. **WHAT YOU’LL DO:**Reporting to the Manager, Finance, the Payroll Analyst works in collaboration with all stakeholders and information partners committed to data integrity and process improvement with an ability to see beyond the numbers. Assumes key responsibilities for processing and analysing payroll data.Key responsibilities:* Analysis of payroll information including investigation, problem solving, presentation and reporting* Analyze and reconcile key payroll issues* Assists with the ongoing audit and compliance of payroll* Collaborates with finance, human resources and other stakeholders to ensure standard practices, quality assurance and adherence to legislative requirements* Team player to support initiatives in payroll and act as a change agent* Assist departments with monthly operating payroll
