You will work closely with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure reliability, performance, and automation for both newly onboarded and long-running clients on the Sim Corp Saa S offering.Your contributions will drive stability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence in our Azure-based environments while supporting Sim Corp's transformation into a cloud-native Saa S provider. This role blends active engineering, incident response, platform configuration, and service quality, - guided by ITIL and SRE best practices.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FORInfrastructure Management: Provisioning, configuring, and managing Azure resources (Virtual Machines, Storage, Virtual Networks).Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and workloads following reliability, scalability, and security best practices.Support the operation and enhancement of mission-critical environments for both recent and existing clientsAlign client requirements to platform capabilities; contribute to platform evolutionManage infrastructure deployment pipelines and troubleshoot onboarding and operational issuesImplement and support scalable, secure, and reliable Azure architectures tailored to business needs.Configure and support third-party software (e.G. IDP, SFTP) in client environments.Understand concepts of VPN,



VNet and Private Link.Migrating on-premises infrastructure services to Azure-based solutions.Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, and infrastructure readiness tasksContribute to incident, problem, and change management processesProvide weekend or on-call support as neededCollaborate in Agile teams and take part in design discussions with clients, vendors, and stakeholdersContribute to knowledge sharing within the Product AreaLeverage a solid foundation in ITIL practices, including problem, change, and incident managementWHAT WE VALUEBachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.7+ years in Site Reliability, Dev Ops, or Cloud Engineering rolesExpertise with Microsoft Azure; AWS exposure is helpfulProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Ia C) using Terraform preferred. Good to have Bicep, ARM, Ansible.Hands-on experience in monitoring and logging tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana)SLI/SLO Management: Defining and tracking Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to ensure high platform availability.Familiarity with Sim Corp Dimension is a strong plus.Experience managing both onboarding projects and live production operations.Understanding of networking, virtualization, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)Comfort with Linux and Windows systems, APIs, scripting (Power Shell, Bash), and SQLCollaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teamsInterest in continuous learning and growth within your Product AreaFor Toronto only: The salary range for this position is 113,840 - 163,840 CAD.
