Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to oversee a variety of construction projects in Kimberley. You will be responsible for managing on-site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining strict safety standards. This role requires a strong leader with a practical, hands‑on approach and a deep understanding of construction processes from foundation to finishing. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to motivate teams, resolve site issues efficiently, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget in the Northern Cape. You will be a key figure in bringing projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and direct daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed according to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate and manage the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and site personnel.
- Implement and enforce all health and safety regulations on site to ensure a safe working workplace.
- Monitor project progress, quality of work, and material usage, reporting any deviations or issues.
- Ensure site organization and cleanliness,



including proper storage and management of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and participate in progress meetings with project managers and stakeholders.

Requirements

- Significant experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman on various types of construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building materials.
- Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in the Kimberley region or similar environments is beneficial.
