Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct classroom support for students with behavioural challenges
• Assist during transitions and in challenging situations




• Respond to student dysregulation following school procedures
• Promote student independence by reducing adult support
• Implement individualized programs to enhance learning engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or related field
• Minimum ten years' experience with school-aged children
• Proven ability to build trusting relationships
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Calm and regulated response to student needs
