This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Montreal office.Application Support Analyst - Job Description:The Application Support Analyst is responsible for the daily support and health of the production workplace for multiple applications in the APS Functions portfolio. This role involves managing changes, user requests, incidents, and problems while providing functional support and user setup as needed.Application Support Analyst - Responsibilities:• Actively monitor production activities• Perform remediation steps when required• Interface with external IT communities to resolve incidents• Work with development community for Level 3 incident escalations• Log work and effort in support tracking application• Available for after-hours and weekend support activities when necessaryApplication Support Analyst - Mandatory Skills:• Strong database skills (Oracle,
