PruittHealth @ Home is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for home health admissions in Raleigh, NC. You will provide skilled nursing visits, complete initial assessments, and develop care plans while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

This role offers autonomy, strong clinical support, mileage reimbursement, and a adaptable schedule. Prior OASIS experience is a plus, and applicants must hold an active RN license and CPR certification.
