As a Senior Risk Lead, you will drive best practice risk management activities across diverse projects, reporting directly to the Director of Risk Management. Your responsibilities include overseeing comprehensive risk management plans and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. You will also facilitate workshops and conduct qualitative risk assessments to enhance risk strategies and improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure best practice risk management activities are delivered • Conduct end-to-end project risk management on multiple projects • Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and implement risk response strategies • Facilitate transfer of knowledge within the risk team
Requirements: • 10+ years experience in major projects, focusing on energy and infrastructure • Robust knowledge of risk modeling and software tools • Proven experience in conducting risk management training • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline • Professional risk management qualifications preferred
