They are looking for a senior Financial Controller who wants to be close to the operation and to build a finance function the business can rely on.This is a chance to take a concrete role in the financial and operational decisions of a growing group, with direct access to senior management.What Our Client Has to OfferThe opportunity to structure and improve the finance functionDirect exposure to operations, business decisions and senior managementSalary of $110,000 - $140,000, based on experience and qualifications100% employer-paid group insurance benefits5% RRSP matchResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly and annual close, including general ledger review and validation of accounting entriesPrepare financial statements, bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliationsMaintain and improve accounting policies and financial proceduresOversee expense approvals, payments and significant entries, with clear responsibilities to reduce error and fraud riskCoordinate external audits and keep tax, regulatory and documentation requirements on trackLead and support the accounting team,
