AssetWorks Inc. seeks a Development Manager to lead a team of 5–8 engineers, driving AI-first development on an Angular/.NET stack. You will shepherd the roadmap, balance scope and quality, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with design and code reviews.
You’ll champion AI-assisted workflows, manage delivery commitments, and collaborate with Product Management, Architecture and DevOps to ship reliable releases and resolve issues quickly. Work from home is supported with occasional travel.
