Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division seeks a proactive Senior Financial Analyst in Calgary, AB or Tucson, AZ. Support planning and forecasting while leveraging financial insights for strategic initiatives.
This role reports to the Senior Manager FP&A; and focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and OneStream development. You will collaborate with divisional finance teams and business leaders to produce actionable financial reports and enhance FP&A; processes. Your expertise will be vital in delivering insights that drive organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with teams on budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations
• Support OneStream development for forecasting and reporting




• Translate business needs into scalable financial solutions
• Drive standardization of financial processes across divisions
Requirements:
• 7+ years in FP&A; or finance roles
• Experience with planning and forecasting systems
• Knowledge of AI in finance workflows
• Solid communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
