Key Responsibilities:
• Set up dialysis machines efficiently
• Connect and disconnect patients from dialysis
• Perform pre and post-dialysis observations
• Assist trained staff as needed
• Deliver high-quality care to chronically ill patients
Requirements:
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
• At least 12 months care experience
• Desire to provide compassionate patient care
• Ability to work under supervision effectively
