As the department, and business, are growing rapidly there is scope for you to really make this role your own.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative duties; CRM (Salesforce) – IO creation and all associated administration tasks required for assigned accounts.Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting notes etc.Supporting Sales/ AM teams in the creation of campaign proposalsSupporting the campaign activation teams by ensuring all relevant assets are gathered and campaigns run smoothly.Creating and sharing campaign screenshots and assisting in reporting mid and post campaigns.Supporting with Insight planning and creation Inputs – Considering client objectives, client challenges, vertical specific insights & macro factors.Helping the AE and AM's with Internal project managementMaintaining the highest level of service both internally and externallyEnsuring / the integrity of the G drive and relevant documents are saved centrallyMaintaining & updating campaign trackerFinance Tracking of missing PO numbers & invoices queriesMaintaining the integrity of Vision financial reportREQUIRED EXPERIENCEWorking in a team environmentCustomer service experience preferableREQUIRED SKILLSDetail orientedA high level of organizationProactiveA strong work ethic and willingness to learnExcellent communication skillsAlignment with MiQ's core values/cultureA 'can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasmA dream to grow your career as the company scalesHighly competent with Microsoft Office i.E., Excel, PowerPoint, Word etcBENEFITS & PERKSComprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental insurancePaid maternity and paternity leaveGenerous Paid Time Off policyOngoing education & trainingOpen office and casual work atmosphereCompany sponsored events & team building experiencesPay TransparencyFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Ontario, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.This compensation range is specific to Ontario and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $45,000- $55,000. This range does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ's Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
