This role is responsible for leading a team of Investment Management professionals, charged with asset accumulation, preservation and revenue growth, while delivering a differentiated HNW planning experience. Accountabilities Lead a highly qualified and cooperative team of Investment Management professionals Work closely with key business leaders to develop business plan, ensuring the optimal use of resources and leverage TD’s operating model to maximize efficiency, effectiveness and scale Plan and execute business development activities, review and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordingly Develop annual and/or long term plans for own area and influences plans well beyond area managed Engage advisors and support staff in ongoing endeavour to provide a legendary Client Experience Proactively identify key business opportunities, research and recommend enhancements / modifications, develop strategies to achieve recommendations and work closely with team to execute and implement Plan and document marketing and business development activities, review and communicate results and adjust plan accordingly Lead the process of setting performance objectives for the team; track, monitor and effectively address and/or reward performance in a timely manner Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite Recruit for all hires to ensure a highly diverse, qualified workforce to achieve business objectives Act as a brand ambassador for the business area/function and the
