Our client, Amrize (NYSE: AMRZ), is a leading provider of building solutions for the construction industry, with more than 1,000 sites and 19,000 team members across North America.
Amrize is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team and support its Canadian operations. Reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, you will be the go-to legal resource for Québec while contributing to broader Canadian matters. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your files and work directly with business leaders, while benefiting from the support and expertise of a cooperative legal team.
Your practice will span corporate and commercial transactions, construction, real estate, employment,
regulatory matters and litigation, including drafting and negotiating agreements and managing external counsel.
What we’re looking for
A member of the Québec Bar with at least five years of relevant experience, in private practice, in-house or both. Construction law experience is an asset. Fluency in French and English, strong business judgment and a practical, solutions-oriented approach are essential.
The position can be based in Laval or Mississauga, with occasional travel within Canada and the United States. Ref.: #34580
