Customer Service Representative – Hospitality Support (In office)

The Opportunity:

We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join our on-site team in Montreal . In this role, you'll represent a leading brand in the hospitality or casino industry, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalized, and seamless experience. From handling reservations to resolving service requests, you'll bring a genuine hospitality mindset to every call.

This position is located on-site at our Montreal office and supports our 24/7 inbound contact center .

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional service via inbound calls with a guest-first, hospitality-driven approach

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and service requests efficiently and professionally

Use various systems to manage guest information and deliver prompt solutions

Collaborate with internal teams to meet guest needs quickly and accurately

Stay informed about current promotions, loyalty programs, and property events

Provide customers with a clear picture of company products and services; always lead the call without failing to listen to the voice of the customer

Ensure that customer requests for reservations and other services are met and confirmed within the guidelines established by management





Ensure each interaction reflects both ContactPoint 360’s and the client’s service standards

What You Bring:

Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service, call center, hotel, front desk, or reservation role

Technical Skills: Comfortable using multiple systems; experience with platforms like LMS, CMP, Windsurfer, SHR, HotSOS, or SevenRooms is a plus

Language: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)

Professionalism: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a hospitality mindset

Flexibility: Comfortable working various shifts in a 24/7 environment

Customer Focus: Empathetic, patient, and dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences
