Timely communication with all relevant stakeholders to determine the best course of action in the shortest amount of time is fundamental.Responsibilities/ Tasks1. Carrier Relations:Grow & develop strong carrier relationshipsMonitor and provide feedback on carrier overall performance to the Carrier Logistic PlannerProactive communication with carriers to ensure shipments are being executed as scheduledTrace status of shipments and provide information back to Shipper Logistics Planner as neededHandle initial information on loss/damage and shortage claims on shipments2. Customer Relations / Reporting:Complete TMS shipment updatesConduct EDI auditsUpdate / Reconcile yard checksBook LumpersTrack, report and bill accessorial charges3.
