FTAI Aviation is hiring an engineering skilled to enhance operations within our Component Repair Cells. You will leverage your mechanical or aeronautical engineering expertise to support daily activities. Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of relevant experience in aerospace engine maintenance, emphasizing technical problem-solving and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily operational support to Repair Cells • Introduce technical instructions into workflows • Participate in the material review board processes • Coordinate repair standards to meet quality objectives • Support repair development and FAI review
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related experience • Four years in aerospace engine shop • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Knowledge of special processes like NDT and welding • Fluent in English and French
