Our client, a busy business services office, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to support their growing office on a 2 month contract. This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of variety and is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, keeping things organized, and tackling different tasks throughout the day. This is a part time role (3 days a week).

Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Sort, scan, photocopy, and file client documents
- Coordinate document pickup and delivery with clients
- Assist with office organization projects and administrative tasks
- Move and organize files and boxes as needed

- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities




- Comfortable with both administrative work and hands-on tasks
- Self-motivated and proactive
