NTT DATA America is seeking a Corporate Counsel focused on Canadian employment law, allowing for a work from home setup within Canada. This role demands strong legal skills to provide vital legal advice on various employment-related matters.

As a vital member of the Legal Department, you will directly support the Employment Law team. Collaborating with Human Resources and business leaders, the Junior Legal Counsel will tackle day-to-day employment law challenges while supporting compliance initiatives and corporate governance. You'll be involved in workplace investigations, drafting legal documents, and staying updated on relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily legal advice on Canadian employment matters
• Assist in workplace investigations and disputes resolution




• Support policy compliance and regulatory requests
• Monitor legal developments affecting employment in Canada
• Draft and review employment agreements and policies

Requirements:
• Law degree and active membership in a Canadian law society
• 1–4 years of legal experience in employment law
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
