This leadership role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities- Lead site safety initiatives by implementing and enforcing a comprehensive safety program- Foster robust working relationships with subcontractors and field staff to maintain a positive and productive site environment- Supervise, mentor, and develop site personnel through coaching, training, and performance evaluations- Support the development and ongoing management of project schedules- Administer contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, site instructions, and change orders- Identify and communicate design issues, scheduling conflicts, and site challenges; collaborate with project leadership to resolve- Monitor subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to safety, scope, and quality expectations- Maintain high standards of workmanship and material quality- Ensure appropriate manpower levels to meet project milestones- Complete and maintain all required site documentation, including daily reports, safety inspections, and schedule updatesQualifications- Progressive experience as a Superintendent within general contracting,
