Euro Architectural Components is looking for an experienced Customer service Agent - Industrial to join our team at our warehouse service counter and showroom counter. Euro Architectural Component, is the largest railing and fencing component supplier in Canada and a specialized division of Richelieu Hardware located in Woodbridge, Ontario.How about joining a leading company in specialty hardware in North America, publicly traded and with continuous growth for 50 years!More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are toReceive calls, emails and walk-in orders and requests from customersReceive and enter customer orders; coordinate based on product availabilityCheck stock levels, shipping and delivery dates, monitor back‐ordered items; communicate with customers and keep them informed when necessaryConfirm delivery site address and any additional transport or delivery informationOrganize and process customer paymentsTrack and handle order and delivery issues to resolve them or escalated according to company policyAssist customers, when they come to pick up their ordersPrepare the documentation required for processing customer ordersAs product knowledge increases, communicate with customers by phone and email to promote our productsReceive and process product returns and credits as necessaryPerform daily administrative tasks, including filing and answering phone calls when neededCarry out other assigned tasks requiring in‐depth knowledge of products and procedures,
