Must be Local to the Rocky Mountain House area (within 100KM).Responsibilities and DutiesCandidates must have the ability to apply insulation and cladding materials to heating and cooling systems, piping, pipelines, equipment, pressure vessels, and other structures to prevent or reduce the passage of heat, cold, sound, or fire.Duties may include:Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine insulation requirements and select appropriate insulation materialsMeasure and cut insulation materials to required dimensions using hand and power toolsApply and secure insulation using appropriate application and installation methodsFit insulation around piping, equipment, obstructions,



and other structuresInstall vapour barriers and weatherproofing systems as requiredFabricate and install metal cladding as requiredRemove and replace existing insulation as requiredWork safely at heights and in confined spaces when requiredMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company, client, and site-specific safety requirementsQualifications and RequirementsCandidates must possess valid safety tickets as required for the worksite, which may include:CSTSH2S AliveFall ProtectionElevated Work Platform (EWP) (Not mandatory but an asset)WHMIS 2015Standard First AidCSOCandidates must also:Have their own required hand tools and CSA-approved steel-toed safety bootsBe able to work with a variety of industrial insulation materialsBe physically capable of performing the requirements of the position, including handling heavy materials and equipmentBe able to work in physically demanding environmentsBe able to work outdoors, at heights, in confined spaces, and in dusty or industrial environmentsBe self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a crewWork cooperatively with other teams and tradesBe able to manage multiple tasks and meet project requirementsFollow established safety procedures and support a safety-focused work environmentA valid Alberta Apprenticeship Blue Book is an asset for Apprentices.Work ScheduleWork schedules will be determined based on project and client requirements.ApplyingThank you for your interest in Wrapex Industrial Services Inc.
