Black & McDonald is seeking an experienced HVAC Journeyman Technician for our Facility Services Division. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while ensuring optimum performance and compliance. Your skills will matter as you contribute to our customer-focused solutions and enhance equipment life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine predictive maintenance duties
• Complete detailed work orders and deficiency reports
• Assemble and install various HVAC components
• Troubleshoot and overhaul complete HVAC systems
• Test systems and repair as needed
Requirements:
• Valid 313A refrigeration certificate
• Minimum three years' experience as a Journeyman
• Valid G1 and ODP certifications
• Familiarity with BAS systems preferred
• Ability to read HVAC/R schematics
