If you have multi site healthcare operations experience and enjoy working closely with specialist physicians and clinic teams, this is a solid next step.ResponsibilitiesOverall leadership and performance of a portfolio of specialty clinics in Ontario, with more locations being added over timeOperational and financial accountability for your clinics, including KPIs, budgets and EBITDACoaching and supporting clinic managers and multidisciplinary teams (physicians, technologists, sonographers, admin staff)Hiring, onboarding and performance management, building a culture of high accountability and supportIdentifying bottlenecks and implementing process and workflow improvements to increase patient throughput and accessPartnering with HR, Finance and Billing on people issues, billing workflows and clinic profitabilityEnsuring compliance with relevant healthcare standards,



policies and regulationsWho you are5+ years experience in healthcare management with multi clinic or multi site responsibilityDirect experience working with physicians or specialist groups in a clinic, diagnostic, ambulatory or similar settingProven track record of improving clinic performance through data, KPIs and structured follow upComfortable owning P&L;, budgets and financial metrics, not just day to day operationsHands on leader who likes being present in clinics, visible to teams, and not afraid to roll up your sleevesStrong communicator who can balance physician expectations, staff needs and business goalsAble to travel within Ontario as the portfolio grows, with occasional overnights when requiredWhat is on offerTarget bonus 15 to 20 percent of base, tied to clinic EBITDA and performanceFull benefits and paid time offA role that sits close to the COO and executive team, with real influence on how the clinics operate and growHow to applyIf this sounds like you, please feel free to apply.
