If you are committed to providing exceptional customer service and want to join a team that shares this common goal, Delta is presently seeking a Guest Service Agent.Job DescriptionReporting to the Guest Services Manager, the Guest Services Agent will work closely with their team to provide courteous and professional service to guests during their stay.What you will be doing as a Guest Service Agent:Create a positive guest experience by providing courteous and professional service to guests who are checking in or out of the facility while offering exceptional service to guest during their stay; Processing all guest check-ins, check-outs, and requests and secure payment for all guestrooms and amenities; Securing payment for all guestrooms and amenities and process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, charges, and provide change; Communicating guests' needs to all appropriate departments; Coordinating with housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns; Running and checking daily reports, contingency lists, and credit card authorization reports; Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, requests, questions,
