This is a site-based role on a rotational schedule, focused on repairs, overhauls, and recent builds for mining equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-oriented, experienced in heavy equipment welding, and holds a Red Seal Journeyperson Welding certification.

What You’ll Need Red Seal Journeyperson Welding certification
Valid driver’s license
Experience in an industrial or mine site setting (asset)
Ability to set up and operate Cooper Heating systems
Experience with bucket component repair/replacement and armoring
Ability to interpret work orders and technical manuals
Strong communication skills in English
Comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 50 lbs
Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and work with minimal supervision
