As a Trust & Safety Manager, you will develop robust strategies aligned with our mission while guiding a talented team. Your operational expertise will enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a safe online environment for learners and educators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive Trust & Safety strategy
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team
• Refine processes to enhance operational visibility
• Use data analytics to assess risks and improve workflows
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering on safety policies
Requirements:
• 5+ years leading Trust & Safety teams
• Robust knowledge of online safety and compliance
• Proven data analytics expertise
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Passion for building safe learning communities
