Life After Law Inc. is seeking a litigation lawyer to join as Claims Counsel in Ontario. You will investigate, evaluate, defend, and resolve errors and omissions claims, with possible subrogation work depending on experience. Solid preference for wills & estates or real estate exposure.
You will manage claim files, guide external counsel, draft strategy from discovery to appeal, and interact with insureds and claimants. Ontario practice knowledge is essential.
