Petal is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to strengthen and operationalize its program-management model across Product & Technology. You will lead release execution and align cross-team dependencies in a quick-moving software environment.
You will collaborate with the Director of Program Management and multiple teams, driving governance, risk management, and practical process improvements to scale Petal’s delivery across Canada remotely.
