Process Planner
Candidate Will:

Plan, develop and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES.

Define and validate the tooling and test equipment necessary to assemble test modules and engines conforming to P&WC; quality and engineering standards.

Maintain the Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI). General instructions that guide assemblers on standard work.

Support CVIS and data plate machine (ROFFIN) programming.

Support the implementation and programming of TMS (Torque Measuring System).

Participate in PFMEA activities and RPN determination.

Candidate Needs:

20+ years of experience in assembling and testing modules and engines.

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline preferred, or Mechanical Engineering Technician diploma.

Must speak fluent French.

This position is onsite in Mirabel.

Must be available to support weekend operations as required.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and validate assembly and test instructions using eCATES

Define and validate tooling and test equipment required for engine and module assembly and testing in accordance with P&WC; quality and engineering standards

Maintain Engine Center General Instructions (ECGI) and support standard work practices

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in engine and module assembly and testing
